the development will consist of the following; (A) Construction of a new dormer style roof providing a second floor extension to the existing house (B) Internal refurbishment and external elevational changes to existing house (C) Extension to the rear of the house (D) Refurbishment and extension to the existing external garage structure and (E) Works including hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development
