for (a) demolition / removal of 3 no. unfinished and dilapidated dwelling sub-bases and all associated services on sites 2, 3 and 4, (b) construction of 11 no. housing units on sites 2, 3 and 4 in 4 no. buildings comprising of: (i) 2 no. semi-detached two storey 3 bedroom dwellings (house type A), (ii) 1 no. terraced building containing 1 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwelling and 2 no. 2 bedroom storey and a half type dwellings (house type B), and (iii) 1 no. terraced building containing 1 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwelling and 3 no. 2 bedroom storey and a half type dwellings (house type C) , (c) decommissioning and removal of existing unfinished / abandoned sewage treatment area which includes manually emptied holding tanks and all associated plant and the construction of a new wastewater treatment system to accommodate all new and existing development. new wastewater treatment system to be located within the common green space of Allen Court, (d) all associated site development works to include bin stores, boundary treatments, garden landscaping / parking, works to existing kerbing within common areas, new and diverted connections to new wastewater treatment system, surface water connections both on-site in rear gardens and connections to existing system serving overall development and all additional ancillary services to new dwellings
