Permission for development which consists of: remedial works and repairs, including new roof slating and flashings, chimney stack repairs, removal of cement renders and pointing, external masonry repointing and replastering, internal replastering and/or thermal lining, replacement gutters and downpipes, replacement of selected external windows and doors; and all associated ancillary works.
