The development will consist of: 1) Proposed Extension, Alterations and Upgrading to the existing vernacular Cottage including the demolition of the existing flat-roofed extension to front elevation; 2) Retention of mobile home during the course of the works; 3) Closing of existing vehicular entrance and form new entrance; 4) Decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new wastewater treatment system and all associated site development works.
