the cottage known formerly as Tophers was granted permission for retention and extension of the property as a dwelling and relocation of the entrance to a safer location and upgrading of the waste water treatment facilities by reference to planning ref 17/909. This permitted development was substantially undertaken but not fully completed. Permission is now sought for (i) Planning permission for the conversion regeneration and redevelopment of the existing cottage (ii) removal of existing poor quality single storey extensions to side and rear (iii) construction of new 1 and part 2 storey residential extension to the rear and side (iv) boundary treatment and landscaping (v) all ancillary site development works, services infrastructure and landscaping
