The development will consist of a new Wastewater Pumping Station, two new kiosks (each 1.8m high, kiosk one 3.6m x 0.8m and kiosk two 2.0m x 1.2m), a new 53m3 below ground storm tank, a new 9m3 potable water storage tank and associated works, ground mounted solar array (22m2 total), new open mesh perimeter fencing and gate (each 2.4m high), a new access onto the R713 (Friary Street), associated demolition of existing boundary wall and partial relocation on new boundary, and all ancillary works, on a site of 0.2ha. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application,
