Revision to previously granted planning permission reg. ref. no. 21/607. These revisions consist of 1) changing from a dormer to a single storey dwelling 2) reduction in overall floor area from 182.2 sqm to proposed 124.5 sqm and 30 revised fenestration to suit the above adjustments.
