Planning Permission for the refurbishment and extension of my existing dwelling house incorporating the following: Demolish existing Lean-to extension to the south west, erect new single story pitched roof extension to the south west, form new front door entrance and canopy to the south east (Road side) complete with other minor elevational changes including velux, decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install a new wastewater treatment unit and raised bed sand polishing filter within revised site boundaries complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development on my site
