Permission for alterations and an upper level extension to an existing dwelling including the following works: (1) An upper level pitched roof extension (including the continuation of the existing main roofline) over the existing single-storey element to the side of the dwelling, (2) An attic conversion including rooflights added to the front and rear facing attic roofs and a dormer window added to the rear facing attic roof, (3) Timber cladding added to a section of the front elevation and (4) All other associated site works. Permission is further sought for retention of (1) An existing garage conversion to habitable accommodation and (2) An existing single-storey rear extension, both at ground floor level.
