1): The conversion with a change of use of 2 existing ground floor commercial units into a café/restaurant, the partial demolition of rear extensions, and construction of new extensions to the rear; for 2): The refurbishment of the first floor residential space of the existing building into 1 No. 2 bed apartment; and for 3) Internal and external alterations to the existing building to include new shopfront, entrance to first floor apartment, and covered archway.
