the development will consist of the following: 1) to construct a single storied dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, 2) to install a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, 3) to use the existing agricultural entrance and laneway from the cul-de-sac with new gates, walls piers and entrance onto the farm laneway to serve the new development.
