alteration to previously granted site boundaries and to relocate the proposed replacement dwelling within the proposed site all from that granted planning permission under file reference number 23/60354 Previously grant of planning permission consisted of the following, for permission to construct a replacement dwelling adjacent to the existing dwelling proposed to be demolished. Permission is also sought for the following: to install a treatment system and soil polishing filter to replace the existing septic tank proposed to be decommissioned, for permission to retain and renovate existing outbuilding, to upgrade existing domestic site entrance and for permission to erect new site boundaries together with all associated site works.
