I, Andrew McIntyre intend to apply for permission for development at this site at Cong, Cong North, County Mayo. The development will consist of change of use of part of ground floor from use as a former public house to residential use and alterations, extension, refurbishment and part demolitions to an existing house, including a) demolition of existing single storey section to the rear b) alterations c) construction of a new two storey extension and all associated site development and external works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
