Permission for the provision of access roads, a wastewater pumping station and all associated services. The proposed access roads are approximately 574m in length, with an overall width of 20.7m comprising carriageway, verge, cyclepath, footpath and associated services. The wastewater pumping station comprises new hardstand area, kiosks, vent columns, light poles, underground tanks and chambers, landscape reinstatement works, connections to electricity supply network and water supply network and site drainage. The proposal includes all ancillary site development works including surface water drainage, foul water drainage, water supply, lighting, gas, communication services, signage and landscaping
