Change of use of the existing warehouse section of Unit 40 into office and the construction of a first-floor office area within the structure of the existing warehouse. Permission is also sought for all the associated elevation changes in terms of new windows and doors and removal of some existing windows and roller shutter door. Permission is also required for revised car park/ yard layout, ancillary structures including bin stores, bicycle shelter and all associated site development works to complete the development.
