(i) removal of existing pitched roof and flat roof to first-floor apartment and construction of 2 no. additional storeys (increasing building height from two to four storeys) to provide 2 no. new 2-bed apartments with new pitched roof to front, flat roof to rear, and balconies to front elevation. (ii) Alterations to the layout of the existing first-floor apartment (3-bed unit), together with alterations/repositioning of fenestration and door openings.
