We, White Sand Consultancy Limited, are applying to Sligo County Council for Retention Permission for the proposed change of use as the following - 1). To retain the change of use of a former Public House (disused for more than five years) previously known as TD’s Bar that had two floors of residential accommodation above. 2). Now in use as a Family Hub comprising of residential accommodation offering a secure and stable environment for family units that are experiencing homelessness 3). All other associated site development works at Lynn’s Place, Sligo Town, County Sligo.
