PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION:The development will consist of: (A) Proposed modifications to the existing protected structure, to include new openings to the rear, side and return to allow access to proposed extensions; (B) Demolition of non-original extensions to the side and rear of the property; (C) Construction of a 26 sqm GEA two storey extension to the east side of the property; (D) Construction of a 18 sqm GEA single storey extension to the rear of the property; (E) Restoration works to the roof of the main house and return, and; (F) installation of 1 no. maintenance access hatch in the valley of the main roof; (G) Replacement of existing external wall render with insulating lime render; (H) Provision of timber fencing to the rear boundary walls; (1) Modification of the south boundary fence to create vehicular access with associate dropped kerb works, and; (1) One new car parking space in the front garden; (K) Demolition and reconstruction of the garage and making-good of boundary with the adjoining bike shed; (L) Miscellaneous internal modifications, and (M) Essential repair and restoration of the building fabric; (N) All associated site works.
