The development will consist of demolition of existing agricultural outbuilding to the rear of the existing dwelling and demolition of existing single storey section to the southern side of the dwelling and existing two storey section to rear western side of the dwelling, with new alterations and extensions to dwelling to include new two storey extension to southern sides and new single and two storey extension to rear western side of the dwelling, with new front porch and new connecting garage to southern side of the dwelling. Permission also sought for change of use of existing outbuilding to front (eastern side) of house from agricultural use to residential to form new playroom/home gym, with decommissioning of existing septic tank and provision of new septic tank/treatment unit, new percolation area and all associated site works.
