to make changes to the development already permitted under permission register Ref Number 23/60452 (demolition and removal of 2 no existing bodywork repair/workshop/ancillary buildings and to construct new 630sqm bodywork repair workshop together with associated siteworks, changes to parking layout, drainage and services connections and re-surfacing of the areas vacated by the demolished buildings). The said changes are: the re-orientation of the proposed building on the site and the re-positioning of the proposed building on the site together with associated modifications of site layout and site services and simplification of roof shape.
