The development shall consist of planning permission for an extension to the rear of an existing dwelling, planning permission for fenestration alterations to the existing dwelling including its refurbishment, planning permission for a proprietary treatment unit including a percolation/tertiary area and to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission as per the application documentation.
