a) the demolition and removal of ground floor storage area as part of main retail building, removal of external stairs & first floor office area and removal of existing entrance to retail building b) the construction of a new extension to the retail building in place of ground floor storage area which is being demolished, c) the erection of 2 no. new polytunnels to extend the horticultural/garden centre area d) minor internal alterations to ground floor retail area and first floor office/admin space and (2) Permission for Retention of the change of use of storage yard area to horticultural/garden centre use including the retention of 4 no. existing polytunnels forming horticultural/garden centre, all of the above together with all associated services and site works on site
