for the following: (a) removal of existing flat roof over rear / side extension and replacement of same with a new pitched roof, (b) conversion of attached single storey garage, fuel shed and w/c to hallway, utility and w/c, (c) modifications to original vehicular entrance to provide new safer recessed vehicular entrance with wing walls, pillars and gate along front boundary, (d) minor amendments to external window and door arrangement, minor internal modifications, connection to existing site services, landscaping and all associated development works
