The development will consist of amendments to the two-storey crèche building granted under ABP-318401-23. The changes involve amendments to the floor plans, including the addition of a second stairs for fire safety purposes, and elevational changes associated with these floor layout amendments. The proposed amendments to the crèche do not affect any other parts or aspects of the permitted LRD. The housing elements of the LRD are currently under construction
