The development will consist of (i) change of use from existing restaurant on the 1st floor of an existing 3 storey mixed use block (previously approved under planning ref: 4609-08) to 3 No. residential apartments (ii) alterations to the existing (east) rear elevation to include removal of existing external escape stairs, alterations to existing window opes and provision of 2 new balconies (iii) alterations to the existing (south) side elevation to include provision of new window & door opes and provision of 1 new balcony (iv) all associated site development works.
