The development will consist of the completion, alterations and extension to the layout of the hotel permitted under planning permission P04/3568, PL 16.213947 and P18/943 consisting of (a) a change from 52 No. single bedrooms to 15 No. single bedrooms with 15 No. 2-bedroom suites and 10 No. 1-bedroom suites, (b) changes to the foyer, bar, lounge, dining room, function room, kitchens, toilets, staff facilities, offices, gymnasium, laundry and all ancillary service spaces and (c) extension for plant room, refuse area, general storage and bicycle storage with all ancillary site works
