Proposed modifications to the side of the existing hipped roof consisting of a new dormer window. 3). Proposed new single storey extension to the side including roof lights. 4). Proposed dormer window to the rear. 5). Proposed changes to all elevations included internal alternations to floor plans. 6). Including all associated site works.
