Permission for development which consists of: Crown Square Developments Ltd. intend to apply for permission for development at this site, Crown Square, at the junction of Monivea Road and Joyce’s Road, Mervue, Galway. The proposed development forms part of a larger landholding which extends to 51,148 sqm in total (permitted under Pl. Ref. 18/363). The proposed development will comprise: 1. A change of use of part of an existing café / restaurant unit (c. 166 sq. m.) on the ground floor of Block B (Áras 2), to office use and the relocation of the double entrance doors serving the café / restaurant unit. 2. A change of use of part of an existing office unit on the ground floor of Block E (Áras 5), to enlarge the previously permitted convenience retail store by c. 168.4 sq. m.
