(a) small-scale single storey sunroom type extension to side of existing timber cabin. Timber cabin was previously granted permission under Pl. Ref. 23/60290 for use as an educational building for home schooling, and all associated development works, (b) full planning permission is also sought to modify the hours of operation from 9am -1pm Wednesday and Thursday to 9am – 1:30pm Monday to Thursday and increase the number of children attending the home school from 10 children to 15 children and increase the permitted age of the attendees from 5 – 12 years old to 5 – 15 years old
