for the following development: a). refurbish and convert the former Irish College building for use as a proposed residential cultural and educational centre with overnight visitor accommodation to include elevational changes and internal modifications; b). construct an extension to the main building to facilitate a proposed new entrance; c). refurbish and convert the former toilet and shower block building into a self-contained two-bedroom unit for overnight visitor accommodation including elevational changes and internal modifications; d). refurbish and convert the former dorm building into two no. self-contained two-bedroom units for overnight visitor accommodation including elevational changes and internal modifications; e). refurbish and convert the former wash house building into a self-contained two-bedroom unit for overnight visitor accommodation including elevational changes and internal modifications; f). refurbish and convert the former headmaster’s accommodation building into a self-contained four-bedroom unit for overnight visitor accommodation including elevational changes and internal modifications; g). refurbish and convert the former classroom building into ground floor remote working hub and first floor self-contained two-bedroom unit for overnight visitor accommodation including elevational changes and internal modifications; h). refurbish and convert the former teaching building to a proposed mixed use building consisting of an administration / office unit, one no. one-bedroom caretakers’ accommodation unit and one no. two-bedroom managers accommodation unit; i). construction of a new Multi Use Games Area (MUGA); j). provision of a garden area; k). provision of a parking area; l). upgrade of the existing private wastewater treatment system; m). all associated site works and services.
