Ref. SDZ18A/0011 as amended increases from 343 to 351 dwellings as a result of this development; Part of the application site is within the curtilage of Airlie House (a Protected Structure), no works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this planning application; This application is being made in accordance with the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014, as amended, and relates to a proposed development within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme Area, as defined by Statutory Instrument No. 272 of 2001.
