Retention of works already commenced, the re-slating of the roof, the construction of the subfloor for a proposed extension on the south side of the dwelling, and the construction of an extension to accommodate a new staircase in the courtyard. Permission requested for the completion of these works, and also to include Permission for internal alterations, the removal of sash windows for their restoration and refitting, the construction and completion of the extension to the south side, demolition of the single storey annex on the north side(front) of the dwelling and reconstruction of the annex with some modifications to the windows including a skylight.
