modify, alter and extend exiting buildings on site to create 8 no. residential units and to incorporate the following: (a) alter, extend and change the use of vacant building on site (former creamery building) to create 7 no. residential units with attic development (b) construct a new single storey with attic development residential unit at the existing eastern side of the building (c) demolish existing storage building on site (d) make alterations to the wall between the Spa Road and the Mall River (e) widen and enhance the existing vehicular access to the site off the Conor Pass road, create a new parking layout on site and all associated site development works
