a) the alterations and demolitions already carried out to the pre-existing structures on site, b) the removal of the signage to the front entrance, c) PLANNING PERMISSION for the change-of-use of the remaining existing structures on site from commercial to residential, d) permission for further alterations to the existing structures on site to provide two front facing flat roofed dormer windows, two front facing roof lights, three rear facing roof lights, raised site boundaries with the adjoining detached bungalow and the omission of the existing NE facing first floor facing window, e) permission for a single storey flat roofed side and front family room extension including an open pergola to the same side, f) permission to decommission the existing septic tank on site to provide a replacement EPA compliant waste water treatment system on site, g) permission for the widening of the splay to existing front vehicular entrance
