The development consists of; 1) The removal of an existing single storey steel-clad shed, 2) The erection of a new single storey steel clad garage type structure used for domestic storage purposes only; i.e. the storing of vehicles. 3) The part conversion of an existing blockwork garage to a home office / study, 4) Modifications to the elevations of the existing blockwork garage to include new doors and windows, 5) Internal modifications of the existing blockwork garage layout and all associated site works.
