the proposed works will include the restoration and alterations to the existing dwelling, the conversion of the existing adjoining barn to provide additional habitable accommodation, the installation of a new on site WWTS and a rainwater harvesting system, the restoration of the separate outbuilding and barn to provide store and workshop, including reconstruction of the roof in ruins, external works including hard and soft landscaping with onsite carparking as detailed on the application drawings.
