The proposed new works will comprise of a 410 sq.m extension to the existing manufacturing factory, reaching a height of 14.5m at the ridge. The works also include a proposed dock leveller and ramp as well as minor modifications to existing manufacturing factory (PA Ref. 03/36 & PL2/94/425) and associated site works.
