The proposed development will consist of works to a protected structure, NIAH No 15321045 in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage, RPS No. 38-040 in the Record of Protected Structures, Westmeath County Development Plan. The works will include restoration and refurbishment to the main house, with a rear two story extension at basement and ground floors for use as a three bedroom terrace house and the restoration and refurbishment of an existing Coach House to the rear of the site with an extension to the rear of it for use as a three bedroom Mews House to include four car parking spaces serving both houses and all associated site works and services.
