Rpair and refurbishment of the existing Coach House building, which was converted to a three bedroom dwelling in 1986, at Coopershill, Riverstown, Co Sligo. Coopershill House is a Protected Structure of Regional significance (NIAH reg no. 32313019, RPS 160 CDP) and the Coach House is included on the same record. Proposed works include conservation repairs to the original fabric, building fabric upgrades, minor internal alterations to the layout of the existing accommodation and all associated drainage and site works.
