We, Karl Bruen and Sinead O’Flaherty intend to apply to Sligo County Council for planning permission for the following: 1. Renovation of existing cottage with the provision of a part single-storey/part two-storey extension to south side of house. 2. Upgrade works to existing outbuilding to create a domestic store and home office. 3. Decommission of existing septic tank and the construction of a new effluent treatment system with percolation area. 4. And all associated site works at Knockroe, Ballinafad, County Sligo.
