The development shall consist of planning permission for the demolition of an existing dilapidated dwelling, planning permission for the erection of a new dwelling, planning permission for a proprietary treatment unit including a percolation/tertiary area and to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission as per the application documentation.
