to amend development permitted under pl. ref. no. 20/1085 & ABP Ref. 310144-21 for 6 no. aeration cells (each cell is 6.0m x 4.8m wide x 4.5m high) and associated air blowers; 2 no. anoxic cells (each cell is 4.5m long x 4.8m wide x 5.0m high); 1 no. recirculation pumping station; 1 no. return activated sludge / waste activated sludge pumping station; 1 no. selector tank of size 2m x 4m x 4.5m; 1 no. sludge holding tank with a diameter of c. 5m; provision of lighting columns of max. 5m height; entrance gate to wastewater treatment plant (WWTP); solar panels (31 sqm) on the west side of sludge drying reed beds; and c.400m of 150mm diameter gravity foul sewer to be laid from the mart entrance to a permitted manhole on the access road to the existing wastewater treatment plant. The development will also consist of the following amendments to permitted works: Relocation and amendment to permitted 2 no. final settlement tanks with a diameter of c.10m; relocation of the permitted inlet works; relocation and amendments to permitted attenuation tank and associated pipework; relocation of permitted chemical storage tank c.5m³; relocation of permitted control building and provision of solar panels (62 sqm) on roof; relocation of permitted ESB substation; relocation of permitted generator; relocation and amendments to design of permitted sludge drying reed beds to provide 6 no. of size 8.25m x 25m; relocation of the permitted effluent flume for flow measurement, 2m wide and 4.5m in length; amendments to permitted pipework; minor amendment to permitted internal roadway; amendment to the permitted outfall pipe at the discharge location to the Castlegar River by installing a headwall; and omission of 2 no. permitted primary settlement tanks, 2 no. permitted biological filters and forward feed pumps. The proposed development and proposed amendments include all associated ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared with respect to the proposed development and is included with this application
