Permission for retention of changes to an existing vehicular entrance off the R420 to facilitate the construction of the Solar PV Farm permitted under Planning Ref. 17/11 and changes to the same previously permitted Solar Farm consisting of the reconfiguration of an internal access track resulting in a decrease in the footprint of the solar array. Permission is also sought for the completion of works at the vehicular entrance off the R420 to facilitate the operational and decommissioning phases of the permitted Solar PV Farm on lands at Ballyduff (Townland), Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
