Permission and Retention Permission for amendments to a permitted gas fired power plant development under Reg. Ref. PD/18/256 (amended by Reg Ref. PD/22/234 and PD/24/60393). Permission is sought for amendments to the surface water drainage design to incorporate improved SuDs measures, including the provision of 2 no. attenuation ponds. Retention permission is sought for the: • Amalgamation of the permitted workshop, storeroom and admin building. • Rearrangement and minor alteration of the permitted security hut, gas pressure reducing skid (GPRS), and Tank Farm building. • Inclusion of GPRS control building. • Inclusion of an additional lube oil tank in the tank farm. • A 4.1m increase in height of the permitted external radiators. • A reduction in height of the permitted electrical annex building by 2.85m. • The addition of 5 no. Air Outlet Ventilation units on the roof of the permitted Engine Hall. The gas fired power plant development permitted under Reg. Ref. PD/18/256 includes activities which will be subject to an Industrial Emissions Licence.
