the building of thermal retrofit works, including: 1. Internal breathable drylining and insulation to external walls of the main hall. 2. Restoration of 2no. existing timber windows and tracery, with instillation of new conservation double-glazed panes. 3. Addition of wall-mounted air conditioning unit to interior of building. 4. Construction of internal partition walls on the stage and in the choir to enclose storage spaces. The proposed development is within Clara Community and Family Resource Centre, which is the former Charlestown Catholic Chapel, and a protected structure (OCC ref no. 12-11).
