( a) retention permission to retain an as constructed dwelling house served by a septic tank system and ( b) full permission to ( 1 ) construct a single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling ( 2) carry out modifications/alterations to windows and relocation of main entrance to front elevation of existing dwelling and ( 3) install a new window to south western side elevation and (4) Decommission existing septic tank system on site and install a new wastewater treatment system and all associated ancillary site works
