The construction of a new single-storey extension (approx. 147m²) to the east of the existing B1 Building with roof level access to the existing B1 Building first floor level with associated external access stair and railing systems. - The painting of the existing building east façade (acrylic painted finish) to match the new extension and to refresh existing elevations. - Associated site development works including new doors, steps, ramps, safety barriers and minor alterations to building access arrangements.
