revised design of the electricity substation permitted under Leitrim County Council Planning Register Reference 23/60047 to provide for (i) an alteration from a modular structure to a block-built structure; (ii) an increase in the overall footprint of the electricity substation from approximately 12.5 square metres to approximately 26 square metres; (iii) an increase in the height of the electricity substation from 3.35 metres to 3.96 metres; and, (iv) all associated site development works.
