Development will consist of retention permission for a modular building consisting of a single classroom with toilet facilities & adjacent office, located to the rear of existing school building, together with external access door to rear of school and all associated site works, also permission for alterations to existing pedestrian gates (at Northern Corner of R417) to accommodate fire access.
