The development will consist of revisions to the planning application granted under application number 3394/15 (extension of permission granted under application number 3394/15/x1 until 04/02/2026. The original proposed development consisted of the construction of a first floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling for use for domestic purposes and associated internal alterations, new windows, changes to elevations etc. The proposed revisions relate to proposed design changes to the proposed rear, first floor extension including to the elevations, roof, windows, first floor internal alterations etc. as described within the drawings lodged.
